This New Year’s Eve, we’re celebrating with a fusion of bold Italian flavours and creative twists, bringing together traditional classics with a contemporary flair.
Sparkling wine on arrival
A celebratory glass of sparkling wine to start the evening with a festive touch.
Cicchetti
A selection of small bites: mixed olives and grilled polenta bruschette with fresh salsa verde and crunchy cucumber pickle, paired with romesco sauce and sherry peperonata
Fritto Misto
A crispy mix of tempura vegetables and fresh herbs, served with a rich, confit garlic mayo.
Minestrone
A comforting soup made with earthy beetroot, carrot and fennel, enhanced by a flavourful dashi broth, and served with freshly baked focaccia and zesty citrus pesto.
Cannelloni
Baked pasta filled with a rich blend of peas and spinach, topped with a creamy and spiced makhani sauce
Tiramisu
A pistachio pandan-flavoured take on the classic tiramisu
Salame
A playful and delicious dessert shaped like a salami, made with crystallized ginger, biscuit crumbs, and rich chocolate.
Passion Fruit Limoncello
A refreshing passion fruit-infused limoncello, paired with delicate rose-scented ricciarelli cookies.
