Supper Club 'Mosaico' on 23rd January

In January we’re celebrating with a fusion of bold Italian flavours and creative twists, bringing together traditional classics with a contemporary flair.

Cicchetti
 A selection of small bites: mixed olives and grilled polenta bruschette with fresh salsa verde and crunchy cucumber pickle, paired with romesco sauce and sherry peperonata

Crocchette 

Crunchy on the outside and creamy in the middle, these smoked pepper croquettes are served with tangy pepperonata relish and Turkish esme salad

Minestrone
 A comforting soup made with earthy beetroot, carrot and fennel, enhanced by a flavourful dashi broth, and served with freshly baked focaccia and zesty citrus pesto.

Cannelloni
 Baked pasta filled with a rich blend of peas and spinach, topped with a creamy and spiced makhani sauce

Tiramisu
 A pistachio pandan-flavoured take on the classic tiramisu 

Salame
 A playful and delicious dessert shaped like a salami, made with crystallized ginger, biscuit crumbs, and rich chocolate.

Mildreds X Akashi Sake Brewery

Join us at Mildreds Dalston on 28 January for an evening of exceptional sakes from master craft brewers Akashi-Tai, paired with a curated Mildreds tasting menu. Evening hosted by an expert from Akashi Tai
